In Mtimande & Associates (MA Skills) there is only one definition of a business purpose - “to create & help customers”. It is the Mtimande & Associates (MA Skills) customers that determines what our business is all about. The customer is the “foundation of our business”. They alone gives employment - it is the customer that pays our salaries. Never be rude to a customer, never give the wrong information & above all never say “I don’t know”. If you don’t know then it is your duty to make it your business to find out from someone that does know & report back to the customer in the shortest time possible.
